​Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced RAC Technician to manage the installation, routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Based in Amangal, you will ensure optimal cooling efficiency, perform preventive inspections, and resolve technical issues across commercial and facility systems.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Install, inspect, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration units, split/package ACs, chillers, and cooling towers.
​Perform routine preventive servicing, filter cleaning, coil washing, and system operational checks.
​Conduct leak testing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging (R-22, R-134a, R-410A, etc.) safely.
​Troubleshoot electrical controls, thermostats, compressors, fan motors, and expansion valves.
​Diagnose cooling failures, pressure drops, and electrical faults to restore system performance promptly.
​Maintain logs of repair work, refrigerant handling,



and adhere strictly to occupational health and safety standards.
​Requirements & Qualifications:
​Education: ITI / NCVT certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
​Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on RAC repair and maintenance experience in plant, commercial, or facility settings.
​Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in refrigeration cycles, electrical control wiring, brazing/soldering, gauge manifolds, and vacuum pumps.
​Ability to troubleshoot independently and execute physical on-site tasks safely.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
