Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and qualified CA Finance and Accounts Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, with a preference for experience in the entertainment industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage the accounting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid certification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
