Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with teams for manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Implement HR policies and ensure smooth HR operations.

Business Development

- Generate and convert leads into paying clients.
- Present MYFINTAX's services professionally to prospective clients.
- Handle follow-ups,



negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Contribute towards revenue growth and business expansion.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to manage HR and business development responsibilities independently.
- Experience in Finance, Taxation, Legal, CA Firms, or Business Consulting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
