Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions. You will work across Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MLOps, model evaluation, and full-stack AI development.

This is a founding-level AI engineering opportunity where you will influence AI architecture, technology decisions, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy AI Agents and multi-agent systems.
- Build agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Develop production-grade RAG systems and vector search solutions.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and open-source models.
- Develop and optimize production prompt systems.
- Build AI evaluation and regression-testing frameworks.
- Develop APIs and AI-powered application experiences.
- Fine-tune foundation models using LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, RLHF, or DPO.
- Deploy models using vLLM, Triton, BentoML, Ray Serve, or TGI.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure,



and CI/CD.
- Implement AI safety, guardrails, output validation, and monitoring.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Generative AI and LLM experience.
- AI Agents and RAG.
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Prompt Engineering and Structured Outputs.
- SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, or SSE.
- Experience deploying AI applications into production.
