Our Client is an elite 5-star hotel offering luxury accommodation, premium dining, and world-class event spaces. We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive to actively scout, pursue and secure high-value business for our property.

Job Overview

This role demands an aggressive, field-oriented sales professional focused on active client acquisition and revenue generation across corporate, MICE, trade, and social event segments. Experience in 5-star hotel sales is strictly mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Aggressive Business Hunting: Conduct active cold calling, on-field client meetings, and site visits to convert prospects into long-term accounts.

Corporate & MICE Acquisition: Target corporate companies, event planners, travel agents, and high-net-worth clients to secure room nights and banquet bookings.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.

Site Inspections & Closing:



Lead compelling property show-arounds for potential clients and negotiate contracts to close deals swiftly.

Relationship Management: Maintain constant touchpoints with key corporate bookers and travel trade partners to ensure repeat business.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor rates, market trends, and upcoming events in the region to capture market share proactively.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of direct sales/business development experience in a 5-star hotel property (mandatory).

Skills: Strong closing skills, persistent sales drive, high energy, and excellent communication abilities.

Network: Active network of local corporate bookers, event management companies, and luxury travel agents.

Tools: Familiarity with hotel PMS/CRM systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.

Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business.
