Technical Sales Manager – JRE

About the Role

JRE is looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Sales Manager to drive sales and develop customer relationships for our range of flexible hoses, fittings, crimping machines and related industrial products.

The ideal candidate should have a mechanical engineering background, strong communication skills, and experience in technical/industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell flexible hoses, fittings, crimping machines and related products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Travel to customer locations across Mumbai,



Vadodara and other territories as required.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in mechanical/industrial technical sales.
- Experience selling hydraulic/flexible hoses, fittings, crimping machines or similar industrial products will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/email.
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
- Candidates should be below 45 years of age.
