Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales process for our IT staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B business development.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, and capability presentations.




- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing agreements.
- Coordinate vendor empanelment processes with clients.
- Maintain CRM and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of IT recruitment and staffing services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
