- Execute sterile compounding, mixing, and solution preparation.
- Perform sterile filtration and handle filter integrity testing.
- Maintain strict aseptic behavior and cleanroom protocols.
Equipment Operation & Sterilization
- Operate and monitor Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) systems.
- Manage compounding vessels, autoclaves, and sterile filling line equipment.
- Perform line clearances before starting current production batches.
Quality Checks & Documentation
- Conduct precise weighing and calibration of raw materials and balances.
- Complete real-time entries in Batch Production and Control Records (BPCR) and equipment logbooks.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for in-process testing and investigations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
