About the Company:
Vikas Metals is a metal castings foundry based in Jalandhar, producing SG iron, cast iron, and steel (WCB/WCC) castings for valves, auto parts, and agriculture parts, serving B2B clients across the Jalandhar-Ludhiana industrial belt and beyond.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our foundry — from recruitment and attendance to compliance and worker welfare. The ideal candidate is comfortable working closely with shop-floor staff as well as office/management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment for shop-floor workers, supervisors, and staff positions
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, factory act requirements)
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities




- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation/MIS
- Address worker grievances and support a healthy work culture
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and discipline systems on the floor
- Assist in organizing safety training and welfare initiatives for workers

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- 1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/foundry/factory setup
- Working knowledge of labour laws, PF/ESI, and factory compliance
- Good communication skills — comfortable interacting with both workers (Punjabi/Hindi) and management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software/tools
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred:

- Prior experience in a foundry, casting, or heavy manufacturing unit
- Familiarity with contract labour management

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
