2. Payroll & Attendance Management

- Time Tracking: Log daily punch-in and punch-out data accurately.
- Overtime Calculation: Verify extra hours against GPS trip logs.
- Leave Management: Track annual, sick, and casual leaves monthly.
- Error Reduction: Maintain under 1% payroll calculation errors.

3. Daily Allowance (Batta) Administration

- Policy Compliance: Disburse daily allowances based on route tiers.
- Receipt Verification: Audit outstation night-stay and food claims.
- Digital Reconciliation: Match payouts with actual trip completion data.
- Turnaround Time: Process reimbursement claims within 48 hours.

4. Fuel Efficiency & Asset Monitoring

- Data Logging: Record fuel receipts and odometer readings daily.
- Mileage Tracking:



Identify drivers falling below targeted KMPL (Kilometers Per Liter).
- Idling Reports: Monitor GPS data for excessive engine idling.
- Slippage Control: Flag and investigate sudden drops in fuel efficiency.

5. Driver Engagement & Regular Meetings

- Toolbox Talks: Organize weekly 15-minute safety and feedback sessions.
- Grievance Redressal: Resolve driver complaints within 3 working days.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct monthly one-on-one fuel and safety audits.
- Retention Rate: Maintain driver turnover below the company target.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
