Quantitative Aptitude & Mathematical Trainer

Role Title: Quantitative Aptitude & Mathematical Trainer

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract Basis

Location: Greater Noida Campus

Target Audience: Management Students

1. Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Aptitude & Mathematical Trainer on a 6-month contractual basis at our Greater Noida campus. The primary focus of this role is to equip management students with advanced mathematical reasoning, quantitative problem-solving skills, and data interpretation techniques. The position offers operational autonomy, operating on a flexible hybrid engagement requiring 2 to 3 days of on-campus training per week.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

● Curriculum & Pedagogy Development: Design, continuously update, and deliver a comprehensive quantitative training framework aligned with management programs, competitive exam standards, and corporate placement requirements.

● Interactive Training & Classroom Delivery: Conduct high-energy, interactive lectures, intensive problem-solving workshops, and practical drill sessions covering arithmetic, algebra, geometry, probability, and business mathematics.

● Speed-Building & Shortcut Techniques: Train students in mental math, Vedic mathematics, time-saving calculation tricks, and elimination strategies to maximize speed and accuracy during timed assessments.

● Data Interpretation & Managerial Analytics: Teach students how to analyze complex data sets, graphs, charts, tables, and case-based quantitative scenarios relevant to business decision-making.

● Assessment & Continuous Evaluation: Formulate topic-wise practice modules, periodic mock test papers, and diagnostic tests. Track individual student performance and deliver targeted remedial guidance.

● Placement & Exam Preparation: Prepare BBA/MBA students specifically for campus recruitment aptitude tests (AMCAT, CoCubes, eLitmus) and competitive management entrance examinations.

Core Domain Expertise & Technical Competencies

● Quantitative Foundations: Deep subject mastery in Arithmetic (Percentages, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Time & Work, Speed & Distance), Algebra, Modern Mathematics, and Geometry.

● Data Interpretation & Reasoning: Expertise in teaching Data Interpretation (Bar Graphs, Pie Charts, Spider Webs, Data Sufficiency) and Logical/Quantitative Reasoning.

● Corporate Placement Alignment: Thorough understanding of industry-standard quantitative test patterns used by top corporate recruiters and management institutes.

● Pedagogical Innovation: Ability to break down complex mathematical proofs and multi-step equations into intuitive, easily consumable concepts for students from diverse academic backgrounds.

4. Desired Qualifications & Soft Skills

● Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or MBA/PGDM from a recognized university.

● Relevant Experience: Proven track record (2+ years preferred) as a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer, Math Faculty, or Aptitude Consultant catering to higher education or competitive exam training institutes.

● Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with solid public speaking and classroom engagement presence.

● Student Centricity: High degree of patience, empathy, and adaptability to mentor students with varying mathematical proficiency levels.

● Self-Management: Strong organizational capabilities to structure lesson plans, manage training hours independently, and maintain evaluation records.

5. Work Model & Logistics

- Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contractual).
- Location: University Campus, Greater Noida.
- Attendance Model: Flexible campus presence required for 2 to 3 days per week to conduct scheduled training modules and workshops.

Pay: ₹10,579.98 - ₹41,992.65 per month
