Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to manage customer relationships, understand their needs, resolve queries, and support sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and support sales and business development activities.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned customer service and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹9,688.91 - ₹31,683.62 per month
