Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹12,000–₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
- Handle interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.
