We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's travel, visa, and related services, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, sales coordination, and other activities required to support the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through various channels.
- Promote and sell the company's travel, visa, holiday packages, and related services.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel or visa services.
- Prepare and explain quotations, packages, service details, and pricing to customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the visa processing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist customers with basic information regarding visa procedures, travel packages, documentation, and related services.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional services.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Follow up on pending payments and confirmations when required.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support the team with other sales, marketing, customer service, and operational activities as required.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Travel Industry sales: 2 years (Preferred)
