Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation through deployment.

You will work with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, leadership teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT project delivery.
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resources.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage SDLC activities from requirements through deployment.
- Act as the primary client and stakeholder contact.
- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement discussions.
- Monitor project health, delivery metrics, and milestones.
- Use JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.




- Leverage AI tools for planning, reporting, documentation, forecasting, and risk management.

Required Skills

- 6+ years managing enterprise IT projects.
- Solid Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong SDLC knowledge.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Enterprise client and executive stakeholder management.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong risk and delivery management skills.
