We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our apparel retail team. The role involves assisting customers with fashion and apparel selection, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, and supporting store sales and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apparel, sizes, styles, and products.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.




- Assist customers with trial-room requirements, size availability, product exchanges, and related queries.
- Assist with apparel product displays, stock arrangement, replenishment, folding, tagging, and store upkeep.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Support billing, packing, and other store activities when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
