Position: Injection Moulding Machine Operator
Department: Production
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines efficiently.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.
- Handle mould changing, machine setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor production quality and identify defects.
- Maintain daily production targets and minimize material wastage.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and company production standards.
- Maintain production records and report machine issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in injection moulding machine operation.




- Knowledge of moulds, raw materials, and machine settings.
- Ability to identify and rectify basic machine/production issues.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and attention to quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualification : ITI / Diploma preferred / Any Degree.
Experience: Experienced candidates will be given preference.
