Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in achieving project sales targets, generating leads, developing customer relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting prospective customers into bookings. The role requires strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, networking, channel partners, and other sources.
- Handle customer enquiries and explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, lead database, and customer records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding booking, documentation, payments, and registration processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase project bookings.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams for smooth customer transactions.
- Support and guide Sales Executives in achieving their individual targets.
- Review daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and lead conversion status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with channel partners and real estate brokers to generate additional business.




- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, customer meetings, and marketing activities.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups as per agreed payment schedules.
- Handle customer objections and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and approved pricing.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of real estate sales and property marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales management software.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of local real estate market conditions.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in real estate, construction, property sales, or related industries.
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in handling sales teams and channel partners will be preferred.

- Lead-to-site-visit conversion ratio.
- Site-visit-to-booking conversion ratio.
