Go Kite Travel & Tours is looking for a Global Visa Consultant – B2C Sales to handle customer visa inquiries, sales, and end-to-end visa guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online leads.
- Advise customers on visa requirements, documents, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth visa processing.
- Maintain CRM records and stay updated on visa rules.
- Cross-sell flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience in travel, tourism, or visa services.
- Good knowledge of global visa procedures.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with positive customer-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
