We are looking for an experienced *Indian Chef* to lead our kitchen and serve authentic Indian, Odia & multi-cuisine dishes. You will handle menu planning, food costing, hygiene, and lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency.
*Key Requirements*:
1. Expertise in Indian, Tandoor, Curry & Buffet dishes
2. Knowledge of food safety & kitchen management
3. Ability to handle banquets & high-volume orders
4. Creative in new menu development for festivals like Nuakhai
