Introduction

Fashion & Lifestyle Interns support the store team in delivering an exceptional customer experience through product assistance, visual presentation, and client engagement. They learn the fundamentals of fashion retail, product knowledge, customer service, and styling while assisting the team in achieving daily business goals.

P R E P (P R E P A R A T I O N)

- Attend daily briefings, grooming checks, and store opening procedures.
- Maintain personal grooming and presentation as per DAZZLES standards.
- Learn product categories, sections, occasions, and price ranges.
- Understand store layouts, rack allocations, and display standards.
- Observe senior team members during customer interactions.

◆ P R O C E S S (S T O R E O P E R A T I O N S)

- Welcome and assist customers within the store.
- Support customers in identifying products based on their requirements.
- Maintain product displays, racks, and store presentation standards.
- Assist with product folding, replenishment, tagging, and organization.
- Learn basic product knowledge across fashion and lifestyle categories.
- Support trial room coordination and customer assistance.




- Assist in upselling and cross-selling activities under team guidance.
- Follow store SOPs and customer service standards.

- Participate in daily reviews and feedback sessions.
- Complete assigned product knowledge and training activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards within assigned sections.
- Demonstrate improvement in customer interaction and product knowledge.
- Show readiness for growth into a Fashion & Lifestyle Associate role.
