Position Title: Sr. Project Engineer – Machine Systems

Experience: 3-4 Years (Machine Manufacturing Industry)

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply execute drawings or wait for instructions. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who notices what they don’t know and actively learns it. You will work on , CNC turning centers / hydraulic presses / packaging machinery]. In the first 90 days, you will be expected to identify your own skill gaps related to our specific manufacturing processes and close them with or without a trainer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain ladder logic, FBD, and structured text programs for machine automation (conveyors, cylinders, motors, sensors).

Implement interlocks, timers, counters, retentive memory, and anti-restart logic.

Ensure program scan cycle efficiency and proper I/O mapping.

Travel to customer sites (e.g., Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu) for installation and commissioning.

Handle power fluctuations,



high ambient temperatures (48°C+), and electrical noise from VFDs.

Train electricians and operators on basic machine operation.Configure Ethernet/IP, RS-485, Modbus RTU/TCP between PLC, HMI, VFDs, and SCADA.

Diagnose intermittent comm drops (e.g., unmanaged switches with VFDs).Implement basic Industry 4.0 protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) if required.

Must-Have Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

3 years of experience in machine manufacturing (not just general maintenance or automotive parts).

Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: casting drawings, machining processes, assembly line support, or hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Willingness to spend 40-50% of time on the shop floor (not a desk-only role).

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹46,382.04 per month
