Job Summary

Dizad Builders & Interiors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to drive our business growth. If you have a proven track record in selling interior design solutions, custom furniture, and builder services, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be dealing directly with homeowners, architects, and corporate clients, guiding them through our premium product offerings and turning inquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Sales: Act as the primary sales expert for clients looking for interior design services, modular furniture, and construction solutions.
- Product Pitching: Present product catalogs, material samples, and design concepts to clients, explaining the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on high-value leads, negotiate pricing, prepare accurate quotations, and successfully close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Project Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client and the internal design/execution teams to ensure the client's vision is accurately captured and delivered.
- Market Building: Build and maintain relationships with local builders, architects, and real estate agents to generate B2B leads and referrals.
- Site Visits:



Conduct on-site meetings when necessary to understand the client's space, take initial briefs, and pitch tailored interior or furniture solutions.

Requirements

- Industry Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 2 to 5 years of solid sales experience specifically in the Interior Design, Furniture, or Construction/Builder sectors.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior materials (plywood, laminates, hardware), modular furniture layouts, and general construction terminology.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close high-ticket sales, negotiate effectively, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English. Ability to read floor plans is a major plus.
- Professionalism: Highly presentable, confident, and target-driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
