Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our Sales Executives and Telecallers, improve team performance, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and sales management skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing, target-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and motivate Sales Executives & Telecallers
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Supervise daily team performance and productivity
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and sales
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
- Coach team members to improve their sales performance
- Build a strong, accountable, and performance-driven company culture
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with management on business development strategies





Requirements

- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and lead conversion
- Ability to motivate and manage a target-driven team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Results-oriented and proactive approach
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, wellness, or service-based businesses is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
