We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HRBP to support and partner with operations teams at Loco Bear. This role will focus on driving HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth people operations in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as an HR partner for business/operations teams

· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)

· Support manpower planning and recruitment coordination

· Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

· Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes

· Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices

· Support performance management and appraisal cycles

· Work closely with L&D; for training and development initiatives

· Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards

Eligibility Criteria:

· MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

· 4–8 years of experience in HRBP / Generalist role

· Experience in hospitality, retail,



or QSR industry preferred

· Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills
