Verify customer KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, and other required documents. Check documents for accuracy, authenticity, completeness, and validity. Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems. Conduct customer verification as per company KYC and compliance policies. Identify discrepancies, suspicious information, or incomplete documentation and escalate them to the concerned team. Maintain proper records of KYC documents and verification status. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to collect missing documents or information. Follow company policies, data-protection requirements, and applicable KYC/AML guidelines. Prepare verification reports and maintain daily productivity records.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
