We are looking for a reliable Field Recovery Executive / Collection Agent with 1–2 years of experience in payment collection, preferably in an NBFC or financial sector. The candidate must be DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified and possess robust field-negotiation skills to handle overdue accounts professionally while adhering to regulatory guidelines.Key Requirements
- Certification: Mandatory DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field recovery or payment collections (NBFC/Banking background preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
