This isn't a role where you'll spend your first year only observing from the sidelines. You'll work alongside experienced teams, solve real business problems, own meaningful deliverables and learn by doing.

Depending on your interests, strengths and business requirements, opportunities may be available across Supply Chain, E-commerce, Human Resources (On a -3rd Party Payroll), Business Operations, Analytics and other functions.

Opportunities Could Include

Supply Chain & Operations

Warehousing, logistics, inventory management, planning,



process improvement and operational excellence.

E-commerce & Marketplaces

Marketplace operations, key accounts, catalogue management, sales analytics, promotions and business performance.

Human Resources

Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee engagement, and other employee lifecycle initiatives.

Business Operations & Analytics

Data analysis, reporting, dashboards, process improvement, project coordination and business problem-solving.

And as we grow, there could be opportunities across other functions and emerging areas as well.

What We're Looking For

- Recent graduates with 0–1 year of experience.

- Bachelor's across relevant disciplines—we're open to different academic backgrounds depending on the role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfort with numbers, data and basic Excel.

- Good problem-solving and analytical ability.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Most importantly—a high degree of ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn.
