Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart and proactive CRM Executive for an office-based role who can connect with retail brands, understand their requirements, and match them with the right properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with new and existing brands daily
- Understand space requirements and preferred high-street locations
- Maintain relationships with brand heads
- Share suitable property options with brands
- Handle emails, follow-ups, and provide solutions
- Support documentation and leasing processes
- Assist clients from onboarding to post-store operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, responsive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
