Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ECG Service Engineer to handle installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and servicing of ECG machines and related medical equipment at customer/hospital locations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and good customer-handling skills. These responsibilities are consistent with typical biomedical field-service roles involving installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and service documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain ECG machines.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ECG equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hardware, and software-related faults.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Replace defective components, PCBs, cables, leads, sensors, and other parts when required.
- Perform calibration and functional testing to ensure accurate equipment performance.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and breakdown reports.
- Provide basic user training and technical guidance to hospital/clinical staff.
- Coordinate with the service team for complex technical issues and spare-parts requirements.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize equipment downtime.
- Travel to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and customer locations as required.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in medical equipment service and maintenance.
- Experience with ECG machines / patient monitoring equipment will be preferred.

Required Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Knowledge of electronic and electrical systems.
- Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in field-service environments.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Basic computer knowledge and service-report documentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
