Designation: Junior Civil Supervisor

Location: Chalakudy, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers.
- Monitor masonry, plastering, concreting, tiling, and related works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Monitor quality, safety, and work progress at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports and work updates.
- Assist the Senior Site Engineer/Supervisor in planning and execution.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Freshers with positive site knowledge may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and measurements.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
