Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Faculty & Trainer to lead AI-driven product development at our Polytechnic campus. The role involves managing a cohort of students, guiding faculty, and delivering real-world AI projects using AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI-based product development (end-to-end)
Train students & professors on AI agents and tools
Ensure project delivery with a cohort of students
Conduct workshops & hands-on training sessions
Drive cross-industry AI solutions

Requirements

Robust knowledge of AI/ML & AI agents
Experience in training/teaching or mentoring
Ability to manage large groups and deliver projects
Basic knowledge of Python / APIs / AI tools
Odia language proficiency (preferred/required)

Role Expectation

Build and deploy AI-powered products
Enable students & faculty to use AI agents independently
Deliver practical, industry-ready outcomes

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
