About the Internship

Eye Mantra Hospital is looking for enthusiastic Hospital MBA / Hospitality MBA interns who are interested in gaining practical experience in hospital operations, patient counseling, and floor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Counseling

- Assist patients and attendants with their queries.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, procedures, and treatment processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counselors, and other hospital staff.
- Assist with patient follow-ups and appointment coordination.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.

Floor Coordination

- Coordinate daily activities on the hospital floor.
- Manage patient flow from registration to consultation and treatment.
- Coordinate between doctors, patients, counselors, and support staff.
- Guide patients to the appropriate departments.




- Monitor waiting times and ensure smooth hospital operations.
- Maintain daily records and assist with operational reports.

Eligibility

- Pursuing MBA in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or a related course.
- Final-year students preferred.
- Must be available for a minimum 6-month internship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, responsible, and patient-oriented.
- Willing to work onsite in a hospital environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
