We are looking for a Part-Time HR Recruiter. to support our hiring process for BPO roles.
Job Role:
- Hire employees as per company requirements
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
- Provide process training and onboarding support to recent joiners
Work Schedule (Flexible Options):
- Option 1: 3 days per week (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM US Shift)
- Option 2: 3 hours per day for 5 days a week
Location:
- Remote / Work From Home
- Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO HR recruitment
Salary:
- Fixed ₹15,000 per month
