About the Role:

Augurs Healthcare is hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented candidates for the position of Medical Representative (MR) in Agra. Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors.
- Conduct regular field visits and develop the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Collect market and competitor feedback.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.





Eligibility:

Education: B. Pharma, D. Pharma, B.Sc. Life Sciences, BBA/MBA (Marketing), or any graduate with positive communication skills.

Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, positive attitude, target-oriented approach, and willingness to travel.
