Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Retail Pharmacist to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medicines, maintain inventory, and provide qualified support to customers/patients in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations and hospital/company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines accurately as per prescription.
- Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, and potential contraindications where applicable.
- Provide appropriate information to patients regarding medicines, dosage, storage, and usage.
- Ensure medicines are stored properly according to prescribed storage conditions.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch details.
- Maintain accurate records of medicines, sales, purchases, and stock movement.
- Handle billing and pharmacy-related software/ERP transactions accurately.




- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for inventory management.
- Identify and report expired, damaged, or near-expiry medicines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, customers, and pharmacy team members when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper arrangement of the pharmacy.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, legal requirements, and pharmacy regulations.
- Support stock audits and reconciliation activities.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist the Pharmacy Incharge in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
