Pravin Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of electrical projects for large-scale residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of electrical works for residential projects from mobilisation to completion and handover.
- Plan project activities, manpower, materials and resources to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams.
- Supervise and guide project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Manage electrical works including HT/LT systems, transformers, DG, panels, cabling, busduct, internal electrification, lighting, earthing and related electrical services.
- Coordinate electrical works with civil, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and other MEP services.




- Review material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores for timely availability.
- Monitor project costs, quantities, variations and billing in coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Lead testing, commissioning, snag rectification and final project handover.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical and execution-related issues proactively.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in electrical project execution.
- Must have relevant experience in residential projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings, residential towers, townships or large residential developments will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications and site execution.
- Experience in handling clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
