- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, allocating resources and managing assembly line workflows for panel enclosures, busbar fabrication, and electrical component layout.
- Guide technicians and fitters on proper busbar bending, punch sizing, clearance/creepage distance checks, and torque requirements.
- Execute component mounting (ACBs, MCCBs, Contactors, VFDs, PLCs, Protection Relays) based on approved General Arrangement (GA) drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Supervise control and power wiring according to schematics, ensuring correct wire cross-sections, ferruling, color coding, and cable tray routing.
- Ensure thermal management design (louver placement, fan integration, air conditioning) is implemented correctly inside enclosures.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with IEC 61439,



IS 8623, and relevant IP (Ingress Protection) enclosure standards.
- Conduct pre-testing inspections, structural verification, and coordinate with the QA team for Routine Tests and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Collaborate with design and procurement teams to verify the Bill of Materials (BOM) and resolve component availability issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques, 5S practices, and safety protocols on the shop floor to reduce scrap and production bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
