OSW Maintenance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Security Guards for Orbit Signature Walk, a commercial complex on VIP Road, Zirakpur.

The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining security, discipline and safety across the premises while providing skilled assistance to tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Remain alert and present at the assigned security post.
- Control and monitor entry/exit points.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the property.
- Monitor parking areas, basements, common areas and other assigned zones.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and trespassing.
- Help maintain orderly vehicle movement and parking.
- Prevent stray animals from entering the premises.
- Immediately report suspicious activity, security lapses, fire/safety hazards or property damage.




- Respond promptly to instructions from the Security Supervisor/Management.
- Assist during emergencies, fire incidents and evacuations.
- Maintain required security registers and hand over the post properly at shift change.
- Maintain professional and courteous behaviour with visitors, tenants and other staff.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as a security guard preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing regular rounds.
- Able to work rotational/night shifts.
- Disciplined, punctual and alert while on duty.
- Basic ability to read/write Hindi or Punjabi.
- Police verification/background verification will be required.
- Preference for candidates living in or around Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula.

Work Location: Orbit Signature Walk, VIP Road, Zirakpur, Punjab

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
