About the Role

Pioneer Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our IT solutions portfolio.

What You'll Do

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales team in the business development process.
- Maintain and update lead databases and sales trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations,



and client communication.

What We're Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of IT services is an added advantage.
- BBA / MBA / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or related qualification.
- Fresh graduates interested in technology sales and business development are welcome.
