We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with a background in the construction industry. The candidate will handle taxation, statutory compliance, project-based accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely return filing (including contractor payments)
- Manage GST compliance, returns, and reconciliation for works contracts
- Ensure all statutory compliances are met (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
- Generate and Monthly MIS reports for management review
- Maintain project-wise accounting (costing, billing, expenses tracking)
- Handle RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and subcontractor payments
- Monitor accounts payable & receivable related to projects
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Coordinate with auditors for internal & statutory audits
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and Book keeping.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST (works contract), and statutory compliance
- Experience in Construction accounting & billing
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Valuable understanding of cost tracking and financial reporting

Preferred:

- Experience in handling multiple construction projects
- Knowledge of contract accounting and site expense management
- Strong coordination skills with site teams and management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
