Key Responsibilities

- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist with statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Support the Finance Manager/CFO with accounting and reporting requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas and reporting.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, taxation, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
