Job Summary

SLT Lighting LLP is looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers choose the right lighting solutions while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their lighting requirements.
- Recommend suitable lighting products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Assist with billing and perform basic computer-based tasks.
- Ensure product displays and the showroom are well-maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
