Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and/or .NET.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into reliable software solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and other developers.
- Understand existing applications and implement enhancements and new features.
- Provide technical support and resolve production issues when required.
- Work with US-based clients/teams and communicate effectively regarding technical requirements and issues.

Technical Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of qualified software development experience.




- Strong programming knowledge in Java or .NET.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL/database systems.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Experience with debugging and application troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Git/version control.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Good understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with international/US clients.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a development team.
- Willingness to work US shifts.

Candidate Profile

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science or a related qualification.

Experience: 5+ years in software development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
