Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Executive / IT Technician to join our office IT team. Freshers with valuable basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Install and configure Windows operating systems.
- Install and configure basic software and applications.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, Windows and software-related issues.
- Set up and troubleshoot desktop computers and laptops.
- Install and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
- Maintain IT equipment and assist with IT inventory.
- Learn and support the company's IT infrastructure and systems

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI in Computer, IT, Electronics or related field preferred.
- Freshers with good basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.




- Basic knowledge of Windows installation and software installation.
- Basic computer hardware and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop IT skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
