Job Description:
What You Will Do:

- Drive daily lead generation through multiple channels (digital platforms, calling, referrals, broker networks, site activations, etc.).
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and partnerships to increase lead volume.
- Ensure leads are qualified based on company-defined parameters.
- Supervise, train, and guide the sourcing executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Plan team schedules and allocate leads efficiently.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement
- Assign leads to the sales/pre-sales team and ensure timely follow-up.
- Track lead lifecycle from sourcing to site visit to booking.




- Ensure CRM entries are updated and accurate.
- Monitor daily sourcing activities and lead quality.
- Prepare sourcing reports and MIS for management.
- Analyze lead conversion trends and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team, Marketing Team, and CRM Team.
- Communicate project details, offers, and updates to the sourcing team.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the closing team.
- Understand current market trends, pricing, and competitors in the micro-market.
- Suggest marketing and sourcing strategies based on market insights.

Requirements:

- Graduate (any stream); MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 6+ years in real estate sourcing, pre-sales, channel management, or lead generation, with robust team-handling experience.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate products, pricing, and market trends.
- Lead generation & sourcing expertise.
- Data analysis and CRM management.
