*About the Role*

We are looking for an energetic *Admission Counsellor* who can guide students and parents about language courses, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions for German, French, Spanish, and English courses.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Lead Management*: Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries

- *Counselling*: Understand student goals and recommend the right language + level A1 to C1

- *Admission Process*: Explain course fees, batches, duration, and complete admission formalities

- *Follow-ups*: Maintain CRM and do regular follow-ups to convert leads

- *Targets*: Achieve monthly admission targets given by management

- *Student Support*: Coordinate with trainers for batch schedules, demo classes, and onboarding

- *Marketing Support*:



Participate in education fairs, school/college visits when needed

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Communication*: Excellent Hindi + English speaking. Spanish/German/French is a plus but not mandatory

- *Sales Mindset*: Confident in convincing and closing admissions

- *People Skills*: Patient, empathetic, and positive at handling parents + students

- *Education*: Graduation preferred. 12th pass with experience can apply

- *Tech*: Comfortable with Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp Business

- *Availability*: Willing to work 6 days a week including Saturdays
