Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration

Experience: 5–8 years (Minimum 2 years as Restaurant Manager)

Key Skills:

Leadership & Team Management: Motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
Financial Management: Understand P&L;, budgeting, food cost, labour cost and inventory control.
Customer Relationship Management: Resolve complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Operational Planning: Schedule manpower, manage peak-hour operations and production planning.
Decision Making: Analyse reports and take corrective actions.
Computer Skills: MS Excel, POS software, reporting and email communication.

Pay: ₹15,335.32 - ₹35,000.00 per month
