Animal Kingdom (SuPaw) is expanding its presence in Pune and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead partner acquisition and business development across the pet-care ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard pet-care businesses and service providers across Pune
- Build partnerships with pet stores, veterinary clinics, groomers, trainers, boarding/daycare centres, walkers and other pet businesses
- Conduct field visits, meetings and business presentations
- Manage the complete partner onboarding process from lead generation to activation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Identify new business opportunities and local market expansion opportunities
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and partner performance




- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to drive city-level growth

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or field sales

- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and meeting business owners
- Good understanding of the Pune market
- Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups
- Experience in the pet-care, retail, services, marketplace or startup ecosystem is a plus
