About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our fashion business programs, and convert interested prospects into members.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and other requirements.
- Maintain basic sales reports and daily activity records.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, counselling, business development,



or customer handling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and regular follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and confident while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in education, coaching, fashion, lifestyle, or membership-based businesses will be an advantage.
